All Women of Pebble Hill are "Presbyterian Women". We are very lucky to have not only very active women individually, but also to have a very active association. (Our name was changed from Women’s Association to Presbyterian Women to express our inclusiveness). Our three circles meet for bible study and fellowship on the fourth Wednesday of each month, Morning, Afternoon and Evening. All women are welcome to all or any of our Circle meetings. All our women are asked for a pledge and all monies collected are used for missions We call this our "second mile " giving. You can see this in our annual financial report. We also support the Church Women United of Greater Syracuse. We again catered the Volunteer Luncheon for Jamesville-DeWitt Meals on Wheels, serving 104 meals. We are grateful to our men who help with the clean-up. This is our one means of making money. We paid the shipping for the Gifts of the Heart Kits, ($93.00). And purchased supplies for the kitchen including flannel backed plastic table clothes for some of our dinner meetings. One of our primary Mission Projects is the Gift of the Heart Kits for Church World Service. We made and filled 50 school bags, 40 health kits and 3 baby layettes. The congregation’s generosity enabled us to send an additional $135.00 to CWS for schools in Afghanistan.
